We might as well enjoy the good news while it lasts. I suspect the remainder of this war will be fought more on Putin’s terms, and the rest will go poorly for the Ukrainians.
The Russians have learned a lot, have had time to reorganize, and the weather and terrain are more in their favor. The Ukrainians must be exhausted, and Putin has demonstrated he does not care how many have to die, either Ukrainian civilians or his own forces, to satisfy his ego.
