Saving a tree April 25, 2022 10:23 pm podrock

Well, not the tree itself, but scions of a delicious apple tree that just got ripped out of the ground by a backhoe.

Heirloom delicious apples. Before the taste was breed out of them for shipping and size. These are small, but potent. The tree was old. I need to count rings, but probably as old as I am, if not more. Trying rooting, grafting to save its legacy.
