The Vitamin E & Lung Disease is interesting but, obviously, since it only reduces the risk for COPD by 10%, there is a lot more that people need to do. First and foremost is stop smoking! I know a causative factor for my sister, beyond being an ex-smoker, was poorly treated pneumonia. That’s what going to an emergency room and not following up with your own doctor can do to you.
