I sleep better knowing Exxon loves me so. June 7, 2012 10:57 pm bowser

I will admit that temperature fluctuation is normal, and there have been warmer periods and colder periods.  Usually this takes generations not one year, but Exxon assures me that this is normal.  They say the people with the big bucks are trying to make even more money off of me and trying to stampede me into believing it is the result of fossil fuels.

“This spring was the warmest on record across the contiguous U.S., scientists reported Thursday. On top of that, spring was 5.2 degrees warmer than average — the largest temperature variance for any season on record.”

Within normal variances, Exxon says, but beware of the people with the big bucks who will try to tell me it’s man made.  They are just trying to play me for a sucker, but Exxon says to trust them.  Not those devious “green” people with a vested interest in scaring people like me.  Beware the big bucks, follow the money, they say, and I’ll agree that those environmentalists are trying to squeeze the life out of me and undermine my way of living so they can make an obscene profit.

One can, no must, trust Exxon, because to not trust Exxon would be blasphemy.

PTL, if Exxon weren’t so generous I’d have to think for myself.  Believe credible sources.  March out of step.   It would be hell.
