Chocolate chip cookies, Key Lime cookies (my wife’s invention), “spritz” cookies in five colors and shapes, molasses “rug” cookies (now with healthy vegetable shortening instead of the original lard. Well, healthier), and almond brittle, which requires extremely tedious observation of a thermometer.
I’m done cooking for a while. Now I get to mail these to relatives.
