Again, some answers made headlines, some didn’t.
My personal favorites in this one were questions 17-19, where the respondents were asked if Obama, the Republicans, and the Democrats were “acting mostly like responsible adults or mostly like spoiled children.”
Republicans, “spoiled children” by 69 to 25. Democrats, “spoiled children” by 58 to 35.
Obama manages to stay on the “responsible adult” side–by 49 to 47. A three-point save.
If someone ever comes up with a legitimate and peaceful political mechanism for quietly shoving the District of Columbia out to sea, I think a lot of people would go for it. I’ve seen a few ideas floated.
