The Kurds are Caucasian, and although mostly Sunni, they are historically tolerant, secular and religiously diverse, including Shias, Jews, Christians and a variety of other Middle Eastern faiths. In those parts of Iraq where they have carved out their own autonomous region, they are economically successful and politically stable. But they have no homeland, they are hated by the Turks, Arabs and Iranians. And their culture treats women in an enlightened and Western fashion. They would fit right in, and we know they are damned good fighters.

Its the least we could do for them. I suggest we settle them in states that voted for Trump.
