Free enterprise at work again. July 2, 2012 12:20 pm bowser

http://bottomline.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/07/02/12525279-glaxosmithkline-settles-fraud-case-for-3-billion?lite

“GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to plead guilty to misdemeanor criminal charges and pay $3 billion to settle the largest case of healthcare fraud in U.S. history.”

These people have every advantage they can imagine, and still they lie, steal and cheat.  No news there.

What is interesting is that there are people who say these corporations can be trusted and need to be freed from fetters, regulations, interminable government meddling so they can do what they do best; take care of the American health needs.

Really.  People say these corporations can be trusted to have the public good at heart.

Madoff, the entire banking failures, WorldCom, Enron, etc., and so on.  Over and over and over.

I don’t remember a Union scandal ever equaling any one of those, let alone all.  And people hate Unions, trust corporations.  That is one propagandized populace.
