There is hope for the country! It would seem John Boehner has had enough of the inflexible far right and has cleared the way to get a deal passed in the House. Clearly he won’t get all republicans but enough to make that 218 and hopefully then some.
It took two years, but the man actually now wants to govern. That is what being a leader in Congress is about. It’s not just slashing, cutting, shrinking. There’s work that needs to get done.
