Someone explain how an honest person could believe Conservatives want the best for America when they struggle so hard to preserve the most expensive medical care system in the world which has such poor outcomes.

If you can’t do that, please explain how anything proposed by people who advocate such a situation should be taken seriously.

What other conclusion can there be other than they are plain, blatant, even proud hypocrites?  Maroons.
