She’s suing someone over an Act of God mixed with a lack of foresight (read psychic knowledge) of weather.

I will not believe that any pilot or airline would take off if they thought there might be a problem. The can’t afford to take the chance with their lives, passenger lives and an expensive airplane.

These damn lawsuits are getting ridiculous!

I’m as pissed as anybody over the airlines and their arrogance but this they would NOT do.
