Any post or comment that is edited, moved, or sent to the trash, must be announced. If a post is sent to the trash, a post explaining that action Must be put in its place.

I don’t have access to logs of who has moved what comments, just that they have been moved. Robert might.

If this continues, and I can’t discover who is doing this, then all editors will go back to being “authors” until we can get these privilages figured out, both from a software standpoint and from what the community wants in the way of moderators (editors).
