Re:  Martyr or victim.  Rob, I have to admit that sometimes it is a bit difficult to see exactly what is meant by some of my posts.  I’ve set myself up for misinterpretation. And the reality is that there are 3 or 4 of you who have claimed to have interpreted what were clearly humorous posts in the worst possible light.  Some people have allied themselves with another HZer who wants to turn this into a popularity contest.  I have to admit I think those are personal rather than related to an obviously funny context.

Your comment on my mining post I at first regarded as funny, very shortly realized you were serious and put it into the same category as the previous protests regarding my posts.  That was clearly, clearly not a political note and humor as always been appropriate.  Personal, rather than an effort to keep Space pure.

So, I’m aware a number of you are watching and waiting to pounce.  I’ve set myself up for this.  But even the object of my biggest challenge, TB, a man I’m going to have kneeling at the foot of the grave of FDR begging for forgiveness before I’m done, could see some of those were funny.

I hope you can understand why I don’t look for the humor in objections to my posts from a few of you.  Since sometimes I just can’t resist those posts, so I’ll look more closely in the future at your comments, if any.  And I’ll instantly remove anything which is deemed to violate guidelines.
