So are the Texan Republicans up in arms about FEMA invading now? December 28, 2015 11:03 am RL

OMG, Their governor is a collaborator!!

Abbott says as time goes on, the state could declare a state of disaster in other areas. The governor also says DPS is on alert, to help prevent looting.

Governor Abbott says he’s been talking with FEMA, and is confident the agency will help provide aid, as it did with recent flooding in Central Texas.

Apparently its only a government handout when it happens to other people.
