There should be an unannounced “shock and awe” NATO attack on all Russian positions within Ukraine. Rain every smart bomb in the inventory down on them. I know the move would be telegraphed by getting the assets in position to strike but the Russian response is not certain.
It’s either that or simply hope the Ukrainians can hang on while their country is destroyed and their citizens massacred.
