I don’t know about you, but after that second shot I think I would have stayed low until the sky cleared up.
Fake? I’d say yes. The lighting of surrounding objects would have changed radically with a real strike, but the shadows from streetlights are still there. I think they just overexposed a few frames to give the impression of a glare on the scene.
