From the mouths of more than one rich and wealthy person comes the same tune, RAISE THEIR TAXES! It does NOT discourage investment.
What could be clearer?
Maybe it’s that the rich Republicans in Congress don’t want to pay more taxes? Many of them are extremely wealthy.
