Plextor has their M3S series out. 512 GB (my measure of these things, since that’s the size of one of my drives) will run about $700. I can remember much smaller SSDs going for well over a thousand.
128 GB is going for under $200.
As a point of reference, a Western Digital conventional 500 GB drive is running about a hundred bucks.
