A little perspective here.

A few people get picked out who get most of their income from capital gains, and pay the lower capital gains rate instead of the income tax rate, and we get the meme shoved up our noses that “the rich all pay lower rates.” This is bullshit. If Warren Buffett took his income in salary instead, he could pay the nice high rate he thinks he should.
