The Conservatives have given up on defending their national candidates regarding lies. It’s very much like Germany in the 1930s, where the National Socialists said anything they wanted to without fear of contradiction. Very odd, isn’t it.

The other matter which just isn’t mentioned is that our military even bulked up with mercenaries has been beaten in two wars by, I don’t mean this perjoratively, ragheads. IEDs, RPGs, human sacrificial bombs, and the brutal tactics of the invading forces have combined to beat all the hi-tech, hi-cost toys the American military has.

If this were a football league, with one set of teams having an unlimited budget and the other set eating grass, the grass-eaters would be winning and every single US officer would have been fired.

The US simply pours more money down the military rathole. And continues to lose wars.

And some will claim that Afghanistan and Iraq are victories. They are victories, not for us.
