Andrew Basiago…..claims to have been part of the CIA/DARPAS  ”Mars Jump” program in the late 70′s and early 80′s….brought into the program by his father,  one of the programs Directors.

Jesse Ventura just did a program about this, and will put a link in later as I just watched the show today.

I am not saying he was…or wasn’t involved in the program. it sounds like science fiction; but he answers all the questions with grace, and it all sounds plausible.

Basiago published a paper entitled The Discovery of Life on Mars on December 12, 2008 that contains photographic evidence and textual analysis of humanoid beings, animal species, carved statues, and built structures on Mars.  These were derived from images taken by NASA’s Mars Exploration Rover Spirit on the surface of Mars.  His paper, which achieves over 50 “firsts” in science, is the first work to prove that Mars not only harbored life in ancient times but is an inhabited planet today.
