When does early voting start for 2020? August 25, 2017 8:24 am mcfly

Kasich and Hickenlooper, 2020!

Actually, Kasich has sometimes been a little more obsequious under Trump than I would have liked…and frankly at this point I don’t know Hickenlooper from Loopenhicker.

There might be some who scoff–and not without reason–at the idea of a “Unity ticket” composed of two white guys. These two might find themselves with a lot of minds to change if they hope to declare an independent victory.

But would I vote for a conservative president if it was the only realistic way of getting rid of Donald T. Rump? If their campaign remained within the bounds of sanity, and if no other ticket seemed to have a chance, then maybe I could be persuaded.

Despite my subject line, though, we still have 40 miles of bad road between us and 2020, and I’ll continue to hope for the arrival of a liberal saviour before then. (Bernie will be about 79 then…that’s not too old nowadays,is it…?)
