Leaked Congressional testimony tells us John Bolton resigned for ethical reasons because he was appalled at Rudy’s rogue Ukrainian “drug deals” and Trump’s politicization of military aid to a country under attack by Putin. You have to admit, an administration has to be pretty much out of control for Mr Bolton to be a voice of moderation and reason.
