Russian troops have been injured and killed by poisoned treats from Ukrainian civilians.
Is deliberately poisoning Russian troops count as a war crime? Maybe, if you pretend to be their friend and offer them poisoned food and drink. But what if you deliberately poison food and drink and hide it in your house, knowing hungry Russians are breaking into houses looking for food and alcohol? You can say with a clear conscience that they stole the food, you didn’t offer it to them.
Where do you draw the line here? Who gets to decide?
